At Artovo, we want you to love your home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all standard items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Artovo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are in place to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
